How It Works
Removing the Cork from the bottle:
Push down on the corkscrew to secure on collar of bottle. Rotate the base of the corkscrew clockwise while holding the corkscrew and the bottle firmly in place. Continue to turn base until it stops.
Holding on to the bottle, grip the body of the corkscrew and turn the bottle counter-clockwise, as you turn the corkscrew clockwise, until cork is removed. The foil will be cut as the cork is removed.
Retrieving the Cork from the La Flute
Hold the body of the corkscrew and rotate the base clockwise until the cork is exposed above the rim. Grip the base of the corkscrew and twist the cork off of the screw.
The screw doesn’t penetrate through the cork, preventing debris from falling into the wine. The cork may also be used to reseal the bottle and keep the remaining wine fresh
